Ambitious and highly driven, Robert Voigt's decade plus career is a robust combination of project management, technical management, process improvements, and organizational development. He holds two higher education degrees, one in Engineering Technology and the latter in Business Management; Robert graduated as Valedictorian and Magna cum Laude, respectively. Having moved to Knoxville, Tenn. from rural Pennsylvania, Robert was recruited to serve on the Core Administration team at the Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory Spallation Neutron Source. At the end of his contract, he began offering project management and organizational management services to local and national clients, which in turn led to additional offerings of training and seminars on improving organizational processes and systems. Robert is a published author in the field of Project Management, a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds the highest level of business processes / process improvement / process development certification, the Six Sigma Black Belt certification (CSSBB). Rob currently resides in Hardin Valley, Tenn., with his wife and son, and enjoys skeet shooting and football in his free time.

The old adage goes something like, you don’t know what you don’t know. Many times, clients recognize that there is an issue in their team (or their process or their organization, etc.), but cannot seem to pinpoint the issue. In this case, I often suggest bringing in an outside perspective. See, when we work every day in a process and with a group, it becomes difficult to see the reality of the situation. As an external observer, I can quickly isolate the issue or issues you are dealing with and offer suggestions for improvement. I can additionally offer training if we decide that would be helpful.


Starting to see an issue in your organization? Maybe your team is struggling with implementing lessons learned. Maybe your group is just not the best it could be. Maybe you don’t even know what the problem is, but you know there is a problem. Regardless, I can help.


Reorganization is never fun. Most companies will put it off for years, in fact.
